Bookings

All workshop bookings are for one (1) person only. ECLIPSE Family Violence Services does not permit additional attendees to be in the room or listening to the training. If ECLIPSE Family Violence Services notices other people are in attendance at the training, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for any additional attendees.

Content Warning

ECLIPSE Family Violence Services recognises the content within family violence training may be triggering and upsetting (including for those with lived experience of family violence). ECLIPSE encourages all participants (but especially those with lived experience) to book in supervision following family violence training or to access appropriate supports (such as Employee Assistance Programme).

Use of Workshop Materials and Resources

We encourage you to use the resources and materials within your practice. However, we kindly ask resources and materials shared within our workshops are not reproduced, distributed, or utilised as part of another workshop, training, or presentation without prior written permission from ECLIPSE Family Violence Services.

Transfers and Cancellations for Public Courses

The following terms and conditions apply to courses ECLIPSE Family Violence Services offer to the public (they do not apply to organisations contracting in ECLIPSE Family Violence Services to deliver private workshops).

Please make sure you check the date, time, and location of your course before booking. If you are no longer able to attend your course, you are able to:

• Cancel your booking for no charge up to 14 days before the course starts.
• Transfer to another more convenient date or time if required up to 7 days before the course starts. You can only transfer courses for free once. Additional transfers incur a $20+GST administration fee.

If you do not attend the course, and you have not cancelled the booking or transferred within the designated timeframes, you are liable for any outstanding fees.

In exceptional circumstances (for example, attendee sickness or bereavement), ECLIPSE may agree to transfer your booking to another date or time. This is at the sole discretion of ECLIPSE Family Violence Services.

In the unlikely event that ECLIPSE Family Violence Services needs to postpone your training, you will be rescheduled to another date and time at no additional cost.

Payment Terms

Payment must be received 7 days prior to the course starting, unless prior arrangements are made. Failure to pay any outstanding fees prior to the start of the course may result in your booking being cancelled. Certificates of attendance will be issued upon payment of invoice.

Minimum Numbers

Each course has a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the event that minimum numbers are not met you will be transferred to the next available date and time, or a date that suits you at no additional cost.
